Valuation Workshops

Working with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Optimus Associates has produced a three day modular pack of training for residential surveying and valuation. These workshops have been designed to meet the requirements of the ABBE Certificate in Valuation for Secured Lending Purposes.

However, they are also suitable for anyone working in the property industry who is interested in the process of valuation or who needs structured training in the subject for employment purposes.  Each day delegates are provided with a training pack of information.

A visiting speaker from a top firm of lawyers covers the subject of negligence on day two. On day three a range of properties across different ages and property types are available in the local area for delegates to undertake valuations gaining valuable experience in the function of valuing property with a practising residential surveyor on hand to answer questions and give advice.
