Property Training

Optimus Associates has worked with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 2001 providing training, consultancy and assessment to Chartered Surveyors in both the Residential and Commercial fields.  Since 2006 we have worked jointly with RICS under the umbrella of Safe as for home inspection, domestic energy, valuation and commercial energy.

We are now expanding our operations to work with other partners to provide a range of workshops and support services tailored to meet the needs of property professionals in these challenging times. In conjunction with Browne Jacobson who are one of the largest legal practices in the country specialising in defending surveyors and valuers we are pleased to bring to the market the following range of programmes:-
