Vocational (A1) & Observational (A2) Assessor Awards

In order to achieve either of these awards, you need to be:-

• Assessing within an approved assessment centre
• Have access to a minimum of two candidates who are working towards whole units of an NVQ/SVQ
• Observed by your assessor, carrying out assessment and feedback to one of your candidates
• Attending regular centre standardisation meetings
• Contributing to internal quality assurance systems
